We ship packages within 3-5 business days using USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order if you did not receive your package. We carefully package our products and take every precaution to ensure products are delivered securely. We cannot be responsible for damages incurred during the shipping process. In the event that a product does not function properly, we will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason, you may return them for a refund, less shipping charges, NO restocking fees. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Altered items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable unless our company is at fault. Defective items may be return for replacement. No return authorization is required.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CASES?
LEATHER We expressly recommend taking your E64ST leather goods to a trusted shoe repair shop or using cleaners specializing in leather. Please avoid exposing your bag to water and moisture.
VINYL For spills and dirt, use a diluted solution of soap and water and wipe exterior clean with a damp cloth. For more complicated spills, we recommend taking your E64ST vinyl goods to a trusted shoe repair shop for examination.
WILL MY LEATHER CHANGE OVER TIME?
We use dyed and sealed leather. The natural texture darkens and changes over time as the leather is exposed to sunlight, body oils, and general handling.
For all orders, you will be emailed at time of shipment with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Here at E64ST, it is very important for you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. We will gladly exchange or refund your item within 30 days from the date your item is delivered. ALL returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. E64ST has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date your item was delivered and must be sent prepaid. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as E64ST is not responsible for any returned packages not received. Please send your items back to:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange or return from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which items you are exchanging for.
If you receive a damaged/defective or incorrect item, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (818) 905-9185 within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. (Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.)
Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. We proudly offer a guarantee that every E64ST purchase from us, or one of our vendors, meets your highest standards of quality. This guarantee is a lifetime repair policy for the structural function of our bags under normal wear and tear.
