To my store. I sell here pieces that I designed and produce in the US and in Mexico.
My silver jewelry is certified 925 sterling silver, and stamped.
Some pieces are also stamped with my logo, and the date of manufacture.
I hope you enjoy them.
At this time I only accept PayPal as our payment processor.
You don't have to have an account with PayPal, and you can pay with your credit card. It is a safe method used worldwide.

I Ship to the USA by First Class USPS mail, within three (3) days of receiving your order. I also ship via UPS, and Fedex, if it's a rush order, in which case we charge additional shipping fees.
Insurance is an option that I highly reccomend, and will be can added to your invoice if you choose to get it.
International Shipping : For the moment I only use USPS - United States Postal Service.
There is no insurance in international shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase from us, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to accept returns and issue a refund, less shipping charges, on unworn merchandise, within 15 days of the shipping date. The refund will be issued using the same form of payment, within 5 business days.
Returns must be shipped through a trackable carrier with insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for losses during shipments returned to us. All shipping charges are responsibility of the customer.
Returns after 15 days will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee, and we'll give you only store credit.
*We don't accept any returns after 30 days.
*International orders, Customized/personalized items, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, and sale merchandise are non-exchangeable, non-returnable.
We'll give store credit or make an exchange within 15 days of the ship date. Please make sure you inspect your piece, and notify us as soon as possible if your item shows damage from shipment, or is missing.
If, for any reason, an item is damaged during shipping, we will exchange the item for a new one. If the item is unavailable , then we will issue you a credit to use towards other merchandise.
Please email us at : support[at]dbyh.com with a description of the damage, and we will provide you with a tracking number, as well as shipping instructions. Please note that you will have to provide your original receipt, and shipping charges will apply.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All items must be returned, unworn, in perfect condition and in the same container that you received the item(s). You also must include your REAN (Return/Exchange Authorization number) on the address label. Packages without the REAN label will not be accepted. So make sure you email us at support[at]dbyh.com to obtain one.

We will issue your REAN via e-mail and let you know the value of your exchange credit. Once you receive your REAN, you can ship your exchange to us. Please be advised that your REAN expires 14 days after it has been issued, so make sure you place your new order before the expiration date. Please take extra care when packing it, and make sure you pad the box sufficiently. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise due to bad packing during return shipping.
For your own protection please ship back to us via a trackable carrier with insurance and with a request for signature as well as the REAN label on the box. The customer assumes all shipping and insurance costs related to the return or exchange.
We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our Web site price list, catalog or invoice.
